Dr. Howard is a clinical instructor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery and Rehabilitation at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, Tulsa. He has also continued
to attend numerous courses and seminars relating to orthopedic surgery.
Dr. Howard and his family live in Tulsa.
He has been affilated with the Holland Hall Dutchmen since 1966, and has served as team physician since 1987.
